Еngine stand CUMMINS

The stand is designed to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of CUMMINS QSK60-C engines, as well as CUMMINS KTA-50S. It consists of a swivel frame with brackets installed on the base for mounting the above engines. The swing frame with one end rests on the shaft of the cylindrical gear reducer of the drive, and the other on the bearing.

The drive consists of a cylindrical reducer of a worm gear, an electric motor and couplings - elastic and cam disk. Due to the self-locking of the worm gearbox, the rotary frame can be stopped in the set position. For fixing in the working position, a mechanical lock is provided for 12 positions. To prevent oil from entering the floor of the shop, pallets are provided on the base.
